Complete installation and configuration of a self-hosted mail service on local infrastructure.

The problem

Self-hosted mail needs to actually work — no spam filters rejecting you, no ISPs blocking your IP. Had to configure DNS (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), TLS, the whole stack.
